FAQ

Plain answers for founders, producers, and marketing leads.

When should we invest in community building?

Player traction means concrete pull: wishlists, active Discord, social interest, or creator buzz. That is when community execution inside Discord is worth buying. We partner with multiplayer PC studios that have player traction. No traction yet? We are not your partner today. Come back when the market proves pull.

What if we already have community staff?

Perfect. Most audit clients already have someone on community. The audit finds what is costing you retention and revenue. For fixing what is found you got options: Strategist upgrades your existing staff with playbooks and Samuli's oversight. Team adds a skilled department when you need execution bandwidth, not another hire to manage.

How is your Community Team different from hiring our own community manager?

One in-house hire covers one timezone, one skill stack, and one person's capacity. Team gives you Samuli plus three trained part-time operators with shared playbooks and QA, without recruiting risk or a long wait for a hire to pay off. We work as an extension of your team, in sync with your team.

Can we skip the audit and hire Strategist or Team directly?

No. The audit is how we diagnose your Discord. Every engagement starts there.

What if we are not happy?

For Community Building Audit this is our public satisfaction guarantee. If you attend the walkthrough and are not satisfied with the audit, request a full refund in writing within 14 days of the walkthrough, and we will send it back within 14 days.

Strategist and Team: Each engagement has delivery terms in contract. If something is wrong, contact us immediately. We respond fast and do not let problems sit. Our entire business is built on your long-term success.
